At Legit Certificate hub, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to be transparent in all our dealings. We are committed to delivering high-quality, verifiable certificates and services. This Return and Refund Policy explains our guidelines to ensure you feel secure and confident when using our services. If our service does not meet your expectations or our promises, we will work with you to make it right in a fair and timely manner.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will gladly issue a refund in the following situations, provided you meet the applicable conditions:

Non-Delivery Within Promised Timeframe: If we fail to deliver your certificate within the promised timeframe (e.g. within 5–7 business days of your order confirmation) and no special delay agreement was made, you are entitled to a full refund. We understand timely delivery is crucial, and if we miss our commitment without your consent, we will refund your payment.

Unverifiable or Not-as-Described Certificate:  If the certificate you receive cannot be verified through the agreed verification method or authority, or if it is materially different from what was described to you, you are eligible for a refund. For example, if your certificate is supposed to be registered in a database or come with certain credentials and it does not, we will consider this a valid reason for a refund. Likewise, any mismatch in details or features promised (due to our error) makes you eligible for a refund.

Processing Errors by Legit Certificate hub: In the event of an error on our part during the processing or issuance of your certificate (such as spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or issuing the wrong certificate type) that cannot be corrected, we will take responsibility. You can receive a full or appropriate refund if the mistake is due to Legit Certifificate hub and we are unable to promptly correct the issue to meet the original specifications.

In all the above cases, we may also offer to reissue or correct the certificate as an alternative to a refund, depending on your preference. Our goal is to ensure you either get the service you paid for or receive your money back if we fall short.

 

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and situations are not eligible for a refund due to their nature:

Completed and Delivered Certifications: Once a certificate or document has been fully processed, finalized, and delivered to you as described, it is generally non-refundable. This is because the service has been rendered in full and the product (certificate) has been created specifically for you.

Score Upgrades Already Submitted: If you requested a score or grade upgrade service and we have already submitted the updated score or completed the process as per your request, that service is not refundable. Once the upgrade is processed (e.g. submitted to an institution or reflected in a system), it cannot be reversed and the work has been completed.

Custom Services Once Fulfilled: Any custom or personalized service that has been fulfilled according to your order (such as custom verification assistance, personalized document creation, or any one-off service) will not be eligible for a refund after completion. Custom services often involve resources and labor that cannot be recovered, so if they were delivered correctly, we cannot offer a refund.

Change of Mind or User Error: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the service is delivered, or if the issue with a certificate arises from information you provided incorrectly. (However, we will work with you to fix errors where possible, such as re-issuing a certificate at a discount or nominal fee if the mistake was on your side.)

We encourage you to double-check all requirements and information before we begin a service, as this helps avoid situations where a refund is not possible. If you are unsure whether a service is refundable or not, please contact us before placing your order.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, Legit Certificate hub may offer partial refunds. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically granted when a service was only partially completed. Examples include:

Cancellation Mid-Process: If you decide to cancel your order after we have started working on your certificate or service but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount would generally reflect the portion of work not yet completed. We will deduct costs for any completed work or expenses already incurred (for example, administrative fees, exam fees, or materials) and refund the remainder to you.

Partial Service Delivery: If a service was partially delivered and you choose not to continue with the remaining steps, we might grant a partial refund for the portion of the service that was not delivered. For instance, if you initially requested verification help and we have completed some of the verification steps, but you decline further assistance, we can refund the part of the fee corresponding to the uncompleted steps.

Discretionary Cases: There may be other rare situations where a partial refund is fair (for example, if there’s a mutual decision to halt a project midway). Legit Certificate hub will assess the progress and costs involved and determine an appropriate partial refund if warranted.

All partial refunds are issued at the discretion of Legit Certificate hub. We will always be transparent about how we calculate a partial refund. Our team will communicate with you to explain any deductions for work completed or costs incurred. Our aim is to be fair to both the client and our service effort.

 

 

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps to request one. We’ve made the refund process straightforward and customer-friendly:

Contact Us: Initiate your refund request by reaching out to our customer support team. The quickest method is via email at info@legitcertificatehub.com. You can also use the contact form on our website’s Contact Us page if you prefer. In your message, please clearly state that you are requesting a refund and provide a brief explanation of the issue.

Provide Necessary Details:  To help us process your request efficiently, include any relevant details such as your order number or transaction ID, the name and date of the service/certificate, and the specific reason you are requesting a refund (e.g., non-delivery, verification issue, etc.). The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can investigate your case. Our team may follow up for additional information or clarification if needed.

Review and Response: Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review the details against our eligibility criteria. We typically acknowledge receipt of your request within 1-2 business days. After review, we will inform you of the outcome. If the refund is approved, we’ll explain the resolution (full refund, partial refund, or alternative solution like a reissue). If it’s not approved, we will provide a clear explanation as to why, referencing our policy.

Refund Approval and Processing: If your refund is approved, we will process it as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used (for example, to the same credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer). We will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been processed on our end. (Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately upon approval, your payment provider might take some time to credit it to your account – see Refund Timelines below.)

Refund Timelines

We understand that once a refund is approved, you’ll want to know when you will get your money back. Legit Certificate hub commits to prompt processing of refunds:

Internal Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, we typically process it within 5 business days. This is the time it takes for us to complete the necessary internal steps and instruct our payment processor to issue the refund. In many cases, it’s even faster. You will receive an email notification from us when this step is completed.

Bank/Card Processing Time: After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. On average, it takes about 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Some payment methods or banks can be quicker (almost immediate), while others might take the full duration or occasionally a bit longer.

Total Timeframe: In summary, from the day we approve your refund, you can generally expect the money back in your account within roughly 5 to 10 business days. If we processed the refund instantly and your bank processes on their typical schedule, it might even show up sooner.

Delays or Issues: If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as sometimes they have internal processing delays. It can also be helpful to check your account’s pending transactions. If you still don’t see the refund and it has been more than 10 business days since our confirmation, please contact us so we can assist you. We can provide a transaction reference or proof of refund processing upon request to help you follow up with your bank.

Please note that refund credits will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase. We cannot change the destination of the refund for security reasons. Also, we do not charge any additional fees for processing refunds, but be aware that currency conversion differences or bank fees (if any) are beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are confident that most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Legit Certify is committed to handling all refund requests and service issues in a fair and prompt manner. We kindly ask that you reach out to us first with any concerns or disputes before taking any external action. Here’s how we approach dispute resolution:

Open Communication: If you are unhappy with our service or a refund decision, please tell us. We encourage you to explain the situation to our support team and give us a chance to resolve it. We promise to listen carefully and understand your perspective.

Fair Assessment: We will review any dispute or complaint with an open mind, re-evaluate the details, and see if there is an alternative solution that we might have missed initially. Our team may reach out for a discussion to clarify any misunderstandings. We aim to find a mutually agreeable solution wherever possible, whether that’s a replacement certificate, an additional service, a partial refund, or another fair remedy.

Escalation: If the first point of contact cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you can request to escalate the matter. A senior member of our team will then review your case. We take customer feedback seriously and use it to improve our processes.

External Disputes: We prefer to settle matters directly with you, as this is usually faster and more convenient for all parties. However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you have the right to seek remedies through your payment provider or applicable consumer protection laws. We will abide by any binding decisions from recognized dispute resolution channels. Keep in mind that initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without working with us first can slow down the resolution, so we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns one-on-one. Ultimately, our goal is a fair outcome that maintains your trust in Legit Certificate. We are a customer-focused company, and we view any feedback or issues as opportunities to grow and serve you better. Rest assured that we will treat you with respect and do our best to resolve any problems in good faith.
